what type of fb page for custom cabinet builder

OFFLINE MARKETING

I am working on my friends custom cabinet business. he has no online presence. I want to set up a FB page for him, but I am not sure if I should use the "Local Business or Place" or "Company, Organization, or Institution" option.

His location is remote on the edge of town and he does mostly in-home quotes. 98% of his customers never step foot inside his business.

I am leaning toward the Company option, but I wanted a second opinion before making the decision.

I also think the company page is more applicable since the local business or place option implies a focus on the geographic location, whereas the company option doesn't seem to as much. Good luck with the set up.
