I was just reading something where it was saying that the 1st thing people read is the signature in a direct mail sales letter. Do you guys sign yours or use a digital signature & print it on the letter?

I sign mine.

The last thing I look at when I read a sales letter is the signature. If I look at a sales letter, I want to know there's something in it for me. A signature never tells me that.

I always sign mine. I think it was Ted Nicholas who said to always sign in blue ink so it looks like a real signature. Black can look like a photocopy.

Here's an excellent signature generator I've used. It doesn't appear to affect response versus handwritten signatures, which obviously takes a lot more time:
