Lead prices?

Does anyone have up to date lead prices, specifically for roofing leads and other service contractors? The only thing I can find is some old service magic pricing sheets from a few years ago.

Also, I have heard some people have been switching over to a commission model, if anyone has any experience on doing this I would love to hear more.

    OP,
    price you're leads according to quality and value. If i offer you 100 leads for < $100 each and you close 15% of those for a Profit of $12,000 dollars ever time you close one. You'll pay me a $100 bucks each all day long.

    Focus on the Value and Quality...

    If you want a JV Model, make sure the company can actually perform... Look up some Oren Klaff stuff... or watch this video...


    That's what I would be doing.

    The price for roofing leads (from ServiceMagic/HomeAdvisor) will vary from market-to-market but in general, they are charging contractors $15-$25 for roof repair leads, and usually $50-70 for roof install/replacement leads. But remember.....they usually sell each lead to 2-3 contractors each.

    (If you're wondering how I know, it's because I used to work there - and I still have friends that work there....so I have access to the current pricing for everything).
