How to setup an outsourced Telemarketer? CRM + PBX System
I'm wondering if freelance telemarketers (US based) have PBX systems in place ready to integrate with my CRM? Or would it be best to integrate with a cloud based system like 3clogic so that the telemarketer doesn't need any technology to get going.
Ideas? I'm a beginner with telemarketing/telesales, hence the newbie question.
