Need Sales Professional: Help Needed

I am buying web design leads and i am looking for someone who can sell to those. I do have hot prospects available and looking for someone who can really sell.
I have seen my other guys selling 2-5 websites a day. I am willing to hire on pay per performance basis ( can pay per hour as well).
Can you guys recommend me a source to hire good sales professionals willing to make 5-10k a month?
If you know somebody who can do it, please introduce.
