How To Create A Kick-Butt Marketing Message In 3 Simple Steps

Formulas are not only a shortcut,
they can create predictable results.

Like your mom when she is baking.

And so with coming up with the right message for your market.

The first of the 3 part formula is about identifying
who this one person is.

We do this first to force ourselves to get outside of our wants,
our products and our services.

The second step expands on the first by naming the situation he or she is in.

This further intensifies our focus, so he or she will know you understand his or her situation. Once they feel you understand, then whatever solution you have feels tailor made. Now this gets you out of comparison and commodity pricing.

That's gotta be good!

The last part names what you've got.
This has to follow on to be specific to the situation
you've named.

This now creates something new to be told.

It's not quite a push-button message creator, however no program knows about your target market and their personal situation.

    I like the step one, step two, step three approach. It truly covers all of the bases; it identifies your specific market segment, and the benefit your product/service will have- almost like a mini-value proposition....

    I'm gonna cogitate on this one a bit more....
