It seems simple enough to do but just wondering if anyone knows of a plugin that does this?
A plugin that will create a survey page. Each question is answered with a numerical value of 1 though 5. You know, "How would you rate our service?" type questions.
If the final score is below a certain number it goes to one thank you page, if it is above that number it goes to a different one.
