Offline Affiliate Process

I want to get sales for offline businesses.

I want to handle EVERYTHING from the lead generation to the signing up process.

WHY NOT JUST SELL LEADS
I can make more commission this way. Some offline businesses have no skill in enrolling people. "Your leads don't work".

Question
Does anyone have any success with this business model? It's like being a Commission only sales for local business owners or Local Affiliate Marketing?

    That's basically what I do. I help a business to get some new sales.

    Then I tell them that I'll make them even more if they work with me long term, and a charge them a monthly fee in return for the sales I send them.

    Well yeah,that makes sense, as long as you know enough about your clients' businesses. I can't really advise, as the strategies will differ, depending on who you're working with. So when you make the sales,would you have to process the payments too?
