What data fields are you looking for? Cities/industries? We have our own database populating our business directory, but only claimed listings have emails.

I don't have ready made scraped data, but manta scraping is fairly easy and I could scrape manta data from any city, place or industry for you in little time. Let me know if that will be cool. thanks.

what type of data do you have from them, does this include the email and contact person?

Yes, Manta gives the email and contact person. It also gives websites (not for all), phone numbers, physical address, Years of foundation, company size and many others.

On need basis, our automation tools can fetch further information too, which is not available in Manta. Such as: other email addresses for the business, other contact persons of the business (Senior/Junior level), Other phone numbers found in websites etc. Very fast.

I am open to training these methods too.

How vague is the word "data"..?

You can get cheap data anywhere... But this whole mentality of looking for vague, "cheap" stuff aint gonna build your business.
