"Whisper" Lead Passing in the UK
I'm taking my first crack at IM in awhile. I did some copy writing previously, which was full time, and had some success with mini sites before Google updates knocked me for 6.
I'm back working full time but with the recent (well, 7 months) birth of my son I've decided to take another shot at IM on a part time basis. The sector I've chosen is lead generation and I've read some fantastic threads on here about that sort of work. Thinking of setting up a thread following my efforts here but not sure if that's allowed.
I'm looking for a bit of advice though. A lot of the threads talk about an excellent "whisper" service from Callfire where people call the number on the page and it forwards the call to the client with an initial whisper message saying "this lead is from x company" or what have you.
I'm in the UK and can't seem to find such a service. My guess is a number do offer them, but not really something they need to advertise on a frequent basis. Does anyone have any leads for this?
I have my niche selected, a domain bought last night and content to be written up tonight and the site to go live and begin SEO over the weekend - so I'm getting good to go (I know SEO isn't ideal, especially given my previous problems with Google updates, but I'm starting there, and will trial PPC, etc, once I've got the SEO backlinks in place). This one stage isn't essential right now but as I rise up the SERPs it will become important, so any advice is gratefully received.
