Video Producer looking for some Advice

Hello Warriors!

I'm a Video Producer based in London, UK and I was really looking to focus on providing video services for Internet Marketers. Things like recording seminars and workshops are standard, but more creative things like promotional videos, incorporating footage of the working environment, super high quality interviews, little details of everyday life in the world of IM.

Here's my show reel for an idea of the quality of my work, how would I go about validating the need for promotional videos with these kind of shots and quality?

    The low end of the videography market is crowded. Lots of multimedia agencies out there, as well as wannabes and those who bought generic PLR content to resell, too.

    You need to differentiate yourself, and then find problems large enough to solve to warrant your fee.

    Any kid can go buy a camera if they have the dough.

    What you offer has to NOT be the camera...something those who would be your competitors can't buy.

    Create a differentiator piece that sets you apart. Don't call yourself a video producer and get lumped into the bunch.

    Your prospect has to understand that you are different, you bring a skillset to the table far beyond a technical device, and you get results worth paying for.

    You need to offer not just a video, but something that makes it unique. It's easy to create a quick 2 minute video with nothing but simplistic graphics.

    It is easy to go ahead and shoot a crappy video with zero experience.

    If you are going to be a videographer, offer a free sample to somebody or go for a very small price before you charge somebody at full price to get a client's video up to be your sample.

    Be different. Showcase yourself in your own videos as the go-to guy for videos. This is hard, but it can be done eventually.

    You might also approaching B2B companies and show them how you can help tell their stories with video. Here is one example:
