[UK]Where should I sell my Online/Offline retail business?

I hope somebody can help me here.

I have a complete online/offline business in e cigarettes (shisha) niche.
Lots of money in this niche, not only for new people to quit smoking but then repeat custom for the juices.

I have website (being rebuilt)
Van
2 x market stalls (pop up type with everything needed, no expense spared)
and around £16,000 in retail value of stock. This includes 2 different starter kits, lanyards, cases, spares, juices etc etc.

Now I know in the UK I could sell this quite easily on places like Daltons weekly etc but my problem is, I want somebody to buy it who will take it further online. Anybody can set up stall at a local market or carboot but not many know the internet side of stuff.

I want to see this go further, as its a full brand, I branded it, all the goods etc are branded and stand out from the competition.

Im moving abroad so this venture needs to be moved on, but again I want it moved on by somebody dedicated enough to grow, because the asking price of the business is near the capital of the business, I dont want somebody to buy it, make there money back and a bit more than scrap it, it needs to be built as the vaping industry is huge and very very profitable.

I have thought of flippa but then at the same time im unsure as atm its 70/30 offline/online.

Someone put my out my misery and give me some ideas.

Cheers guys

I haven't tried them, but you can also look into bizbuysell.com. They sell both online & offline businesses, so yours may be a better fit on there.

I understand I think what you are saying. You want to sell to someone that will grow the business. I understand, but once it is sold... does it really matter? you have what you wanted - $$ and you are done.

I would think that anyone that would seriously look at your business, and would ask for the numbers would see that it is lacking in the online portion of sales. This is kinda added value, because there is a more than possibility for growth. ( Something I would look for if I were buying a business )

Worry less about what will happen once you have sold, and worry more about selling.

Have you thought of doing a deal with a company that already offers related products online?

There must be scope to arrange an alliance or JV with one of these, and where you receive a fixed fee + ongoing commission, etc.

Agree with Savidge4 sell the business first, then worry about the rest latter, if ever !

I also agree with BbryanB, if you need $$ first, then sell the business and what to do think about it later.
