The Smell Good Plumber Stinks
There's a plumbing firm called Mike Diamond Plumbing
with this great piece of advertising...

or your house call is free!" ...

I could go into a lengthy post on why that is so good,
but won't because great advertising only gets your foot in the door.
Giving the customer a bad experience gets you only one shot
and makes it more difficult to get more customers.
That's what is happening with this plumber.
They are getting lots of bad reviews on Yelp.
Great advertising can actually kill a business
when other factors aren't in place.
