WP Call Tracker

I have recently installed Chad Wyatt's call tracker plugin for my Twilio numbers, but can't make it to work properly. It doesn't do the basic thing - call tracking... lol

The plugin was installed on the latest version of wordpress 3.9 and it doesn't provide any reporting on who called or duration of the call.

Has anybody else experienced this problem?

PS. I contacted Chad about the issue, but he doesn't have any solution yet. He said he would look into it.

    Unfortunately, no. As a result, I dumped the plugin and just started using Twilio's own set ups to achieve the same.

    Sadly I also have to agree with you both - I recently bought Call Tracker but somehow ended up with SMS tracker. I therefore contacted his support but never got a reply so I've just junked it.
