Need some suggestion for the elance Project

OFFLINE MARKETING

Hello All, I have posted a job at Elance, When I select someone and ready to work, He want me to do the full amount in the end once it finish and release it.
That is my first time use Elance, i was going to do the milestone things, in your exp, which one i should choice? the milestone or the whole thing in the end? thank you for your help

100% completion payment protects the BUYER the most.

Milestones protect the SELLER more.

If you posted the job, then you're the buyer.

another question, When i try to use Elance's sample doc for Non-Disclosure Agreement and service agreement, in the last party,it will ask you to input the address, do you put your real address up there? or just don't put anything there?

If the seller did not meet your expectations, you will be given the chance to negotiate with them. Then if the matter is not resolved, it will go to Elance arbitration. They will ask for evidence from both sides to make their decision with.

I don't know why you wouldn't put your real business address into the field.

If you are not comfortable with an arrangement, don't approve it. Going back to square one is always preferable to tying your life up with a big problem.
