Want to grow secret agent practise, but lack know how

We organize spy parties for kids in London and Bristol.

For our theme, we almost do not have any competition, our prices are quite similar to our competition, I think we have much better website, and we deliver quality services according to client feedback.

Our sales is about 35 000 pounds per year, and we are spending on google adwords something like 10 000 pounds per year. Our adwords guy seems know his stuff quite well.

However, we somehow can not grow our sales up fast, but I think we are spending on advertisement quite much money from our income. Our growth, probably +10% - 20% yearly, but we have infrastructure and systems for yearly +200% - 500 % growth.

I am so angry on myself, for not being able to grow that business faster.

Our website is:
spybirthday [dot] co [dot] uk
(Sorry for adding our domain, I added it if someone want to look at our website before giving advice)

Do you guys have advice, or two? Maybe I am blind to something?

I would say looking at your site... your call to action is just not strong enough. "Get pricing and availability.." your prices are on your site, and you have systems in place for a great amount of growth ( which means you have Agents ready and able to do these parties. )

So something like Book Your Childs Party Now. Click here.

This is your business right? you want to make this your lively hood? then respond to e-mails 7 days a week PERIOD... loose the Monday thru Friday thing. Money does NOT stop flowing on the week ends, and you should not stop accepting it.

There just is nothing that is screaming BOOK now. There is nothing screaming.. Whoa... that's awesome.

Your video on your prices page. <looking both ways> Agent S here. <looking both ways again> want the details on the secret agent party? <look both ways> we send invitations such as this <show invitation> via post from an undisclosed location. If due to a time sensitive party, these invitations can be sent via e-mail. And So on.

You need to bring the theme to life. You need to paint a picture not just give the facts ( facts are boring.... Parties are fun )

So a question... if you were to drop the PPC campaign, what would happen to your sales? 30% is a bit high in my book, but if you turn it off and get nothing, at this point it would be worth it.

All in all your site is the weak link, its just not closing the deal. but again I am not seeing your PPC efforts... so I can only assume based on what I can see.

    Hope that Helps!

Just a few things I am seeing.

Gocrazy.co.uk goes to a landing page so if people see your videos, especially off your website, if they type in that address, it goes to a domain park. At the very least, have it point to the new domain. After further investigation I see it is go-crazy.co.uk. Get this fixed to the new website.

Put your testimonials front and center. If people love what you are doing, make sure others see it. Right now you have search and search to find the testimonials.

Deposits - To much friction. Put a form on your page using something like wufoo or another form builder that will fill in and automatically take them to Paypal to pay. Right now you are making it to difficult.

Email Marketing - Are you doing any of it? Especially if parents are there, set up Mailchimp and pop chimpadeedoo on your iPad and get the parents to sign up so you can market to them with "special offers", etc. I had a shop that catered to children and I was getting 40% open rates for the newsletters I was doing for them.

Social Media - While I am not a huge fan of social media for many of my clients, you don't have any links to something like a FB fan page to show the kids having all the fun. We used to take our dog to a daycare here in town and every day the posted pictures of the dogs. Guess what is the first thing those families do when they know it will be on Facebook. Go and like and share it. Plus, you can build promotions around your fan page.

Youtube: You have a youtube channel with a single video. Spend some time to create some "follow up" videos to keep your service front and center. Things like, create a "spy map" with paper, shellack and a lighter. This will give added value with little extra effort and keep you in front and mind when the next childs birthday comes up.

All of these have some upfront costs but provide long term value and grow your brand. Also, decide are you go crazy or spy birthdays?
