What is your best source for free telemarketing lists?

I know a lot of folks in the states will take advantage of Reference USA through the library or Manta.com. What are your best sources for free telemarketing lists?

Do you think it's worth spending a few bucks to save the time?

Someone doesn't understand English...or the OP's question...or how to read a signature to tell what someone does.

To answer the OP - we have not found a "free" list provider that we like or want to spend time wading through the crap for.

We prefer List Giant, used to like InfoFree (until they kept charging more and giving less), and we are going to try something new for the next list we need to pull. I'd rather pay, but not pay too much, for filters that work, numbers that aren't disconnected or old (we're talking people dead for years), and organization.

I think classified add page in news paper is the best source to go for.
