Finding decision makers???

I am working on making a list of all the local apartments and builders in my city. I will be calling around trying to find the decision maker or manager. Any suggestions on a possible script to use?

    Buying a list is one option

    the other one is look up databases. Check the homepages of the business, many of them have a contact list where you can check owner and decisionmaker.

    There should be some good cold e-mailing products which can help you.

    Call the concierge, ask for the owner?

    Sounds like a pretty straightforward task

    If not, there are public land and building registries. Sometime it's available on the internet.
