Facebook why are they so unhelful when you really need them to step up

    eg you report your account has been hacked, and the first thing they ask is the password, well if the accounts been hacked the password has already been changed, I mean what planet are they on?

    And surely if its been hacked, how would you be able to be in the account anyway unless you were already in it
