best software/service to send 200 emails a day?

i want to send around 200 emails a day, i DO NOT building a list,
i want to find customers for services liike mobile sites etc.
means every day i'll send emails to different adresses.

what is the best way to do that?
best way: easy to use, cheap, well work: landing in INBOX

    Mailchimp will help you. Try this not only 200 you can send more than 1000 emails in single time.

    I don't think MailChimp allows you to send random emails to people who are not on your list.

    Why not just use Gmail and hook it up with Microsoft Outlook? Then, you can send emails to anyone you want. Just check the limits your email provider puts on you. Also, you have to consider... Are you spamming?!
