What Are The Best Resources/Databases For Direct Mail Leads?

Hey Warriors,

I'm looking to buy mailing addresses for a certain type of niche business. I want to do a test postcard campaign to see how it goes, but I want up-to-date business addresses.

What are the best resources to find them? I know the SRDS is one of the best, but it costs around $800 per year to subscribe.

Any other options or ideas?

In the future, I'd also like to be able to buy "buyers lists" of people who have purchased already in certain markets, etc.

Thank you!

For buyers lists, you'll probably need to stick with SRDS but if you just need a mailing lists of businesses, there are lots of sources. Leadsplease.com and usadatanet.com have great data and aren't very expensive.

maybe I am not on the same page as you, but consider digging up your own. Example = do an internet search for a retirement home being built for seniors. Before the construction ends you should have sent them a promo offer about the new (whatever - I'll say coffee mugs with a pic of the place on the mug) to them. By using net research to find places that fit your niche, you should find plenty without wasting $. Maybe hire someone to do the research for you if you can.
