Anyone know the best way to find residential maps for our Door to Door team? What do you guys use? Software, etc.

    Google Maps?

Not sure if you care, but in another forum a person was talking about having high schoolers pass out flyers door to door. One person asked how can you be sure they go to each house. She said she uses the app RunKeeper (I use it for running).

What a GREAT idea I thought! You can track your door to door salesmen and actually see if they go up each driveway (Yes, you can see every little movement with this app).

I use the maps that USPS provides for EDDM orders. They are free to use. You can see neighborhood sizes based on zipcodes, town, county, etc. and plan your routes accordingly.

Buy the maps or addresses from a list provider in your niche.

The municipality can certainly help you on that kind of task or your local mail office. maps are not a secret source and they can well be purchased at any public office location when available. of course G maps is the tech way to go but you did not describe your needs clearly so I assume both approaches can be valid.

    All the best!

i have used Google maps. but you can also use maps that USPS provides for eddm orders. they're free to use anyway. maps from staples is another alternative, no-hassle to use but it can cost you few dollars.
