Very High Ranking Website in Competitive Niche

First let me say this was the one of the very first websites I created if not the first. This website was totally neglected for the last 4 years. Actually until 2 days ago I had totally forgot about it!

To my surprise it ranks around 1st to 4th depending on your location for "ebook software". The website URL is swiftebook dot com.

Everything you see comes with the website which includes the domain, sales page and software. Everything is unique except the software which was brandable PLR software. It is branded with a website I owned back then but there is a rebrander out there somewhere so you could change that.

Before you ask me how much traffic the website is getting or how much it's making please read on. Like I said I totally neglected this website to the point the PayPal button hasn't worked for 4 years - until 2 days ago!

I know it's dumb but it's true. The email address I had associated with the payment button has not been active for at least 4 years. So I added a current email address and made one sale the following day.

As far as traffic stats I don't have any at all. As I mentioned this was one of the first if not the first website I built. Back then I knew absolutely nothing about websites or marketing so analytics wasn't set up.

All that being said I could see this website being very valuable to someone in the IM game. Since creating this website I have really moved up in the online world (that's me tooting my own horn - lol) and don't have the time or energy to invest in this website.

So here we are. I'm looking to sell the website swiftebook dot com and am taking offers. Please keep in mind I don't have to sell it and I don't even have a figure in mind. Actually as I write this I'm thinking of some really good ways to monetize it further, hmmm.

Well if I receive an offer that sounds good we can go into Escrow and if not I may just find the time to rework it myself.
