SeattleWebDirectory.net is an established web directory with all of the bells and whistles.

The site is listed in DMOZ, has a Google PageRank of 2, currently makes a a little through Adsense with the ability to make more and easily charge monthly membership fees.

It uses PHPMyDirectory 1.1 content management system with over 1100 pages, 300 registered users, and 200 active listings already.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to give it much attention in years, so it's time to finally let it go to someone who can...

Bidding is currently at $85.

Hi Wezley, I went through the directory. It really has a nice and neat template built around it. How do we maintain the listing so it stays updated? I haven't owned a directory before.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I need to set up my forum notifications to notify me immediately.

As far as updating it goes, it's really easy on the back-end. You can easily submit listings as the admin for businesses that are a good fit, or allow users to submit them and make any necessary changes by logging on and updating them anytime.

Just click on the listing and fill in or edit the text within each form field, ie., company name, contact info, location, meta data, description, etc, etc.. And it's as simple as that.
