These are in the main 2 keyword-rich .info's, all of them almost 2 years old domains, and each one sold will have at least 10 months before the domains come up for renewal.

The niches are quite diverse, and I've grouped some of them together to create a mini-portfolio relating to a particular niche.

Most of them have 000's of pages, some in the hundred's of thousands and many have google maps displayed.

Look at the maths: the number of existing business contacts in the pages (that's before you even add more from Local Cash Empire) then monetise them by offering banner ads, sponsored content, even links to their own site if they have one (if they haven't, that's another opportunity) and you've still got your own monetisation on each page, ie adsense, cpc, or similar.

Updating is easily done by logging in to the backend as admin, where you can easily update listings, change adsense code, email contacts, colours, header text etc.

The domains are all two years old, but I have only had them live as sites for 6 - 8 weeks, therefore I am making no claims of income or visitors. Neither have I had time to backlink them or promote them in anyway.
What I have realised is that I simply don't have the time to do justice to all 200 sites, and therfore I am offering these at very low prices to reduce the amount of what I have so that I can concentrate on a more manageable portfolio.

They are all currently hosted on a secure and reliable server in the US where they can remain ($10 per three months hosting per domain or if more than 1 site purchased an agreed discounted price, renewable) or the domains can be pushed from GoDaddy to your servers and I will send you a full cpanel backup of the sites for you to install on your own hosting.
Full instructions how to update and install the sites will be provided.

I have put the list below, I'm happy to work with what's left and really start to make money from them now that the hard work is done, but I really want to start this by the end of next week, so ideally I'll be looking to finish this sale by Wednesday 12th. October. Whatever is left will be my new portfolio!

Are these domain names all expired now? I couldn't find any live websites, and when I checked the whois info they all came up as:
