This sale is for a profitable ecommerce store. Please note all prices, profits etc. on here and in the profit sheets and screenshot attached are in UK Pounds.

The store is built on the dropship model. You make a sale then purchase from your supplier who sends it to the customer and your profit is the difference in price.

The store had a turnover of £4200 in 2010 and so far this year has done £4,400.

The average profit on a sale is just over 40% so profit stands at £1700 so far this year.

I have included a spreadsheet showing the exact breakdown of the top 20 selling models as well as sales and profits breakdown for October and November. I have also included a screenshot of total monthly sales for last 2 years.

Page views were 6300 making 3.46 pages per visit.

A bit about the store

Customers come in 2 forms. The most common sales are for stag parties and they will usually buy the cheaper models but often more than 1 at a time.

The other customer is the serious collector/buyer. These are repeat customers, usually progressing in quality and price with each purchase.

You never get any returns, complaints etc. which is a great reason to be in the adult niche.

The drop shipper account is guaranteed for the buyer.

Although most sales are in the UK there are a few customers from the USA and Europe and the store is set up to charge the appropriate rate of P&P.

This store could be run from anywhere in the world. I do have a phone number on the store but it just goes to an answer machine which I never check.

It costs £10 ($14.95) a month for hosting with Hostgator and that's the only running costs apart from the domain every 2 years - next due in Aug 2013.

It is built on the CRE Loaded ecommerce software and comes complete with full instructions.

I have it set up to take paypal, by bank transfer or by cheque in the post. No one has ever paid by cheque but the bank transfer is quite popular.

Why am I selling?

Too many projects and too little time.

Is there room for improvement?

Apart from updating the store with new products every now and then it has been neglected. Off the top of my head you could quickly improve sales if you were to...

Add a merchant account so customers can buy without leaving the site (to go to paypal) and you should at least double sales.

Start answering the phone and picking up more sales.

There is very little adwords competition for model number keywords.

How much?

I am after a quick sale so will take the first £1300 which should be an absolute bargain for anyone with some time to put into the project.

A namecheap account so I can push the domain to you.
A Namesco account so I can transfer the domain with the UK registrar.
All 3 are free to set up if you don't already have accounts.

I will set up the store for you before the transfer and will be available if you have any problems during the first month or two but the store is very easy to use.

I would prefer bank transfer but am happy to go with escrow if you pay the costs.
