Already Ranking Sites For Sale. Liquidating Some of My Sites.

Im selling some of the sites I dont have time for. The little bit of time I have, I need to be focused on more important things. I'll be adding more sites as time goes on but for now I'm putting up 1 since its the biggest one I'm selling. I'll be completely honest about each site I list and I'll answer any questions to the best of my ability.

Backlinkincreaser(dot)com Going on 8 months old. Pr3 Home Page and Pr 2 Contact Page

This site ranks for some pretty nice keywords. These are the current rankings based on traffic travis. Of course they may move up or down by the time someone buys this site. With that being said, I do push this site regularly with article marketing and the rankings having been moving upwards.

I dont have analytics on this site, so here is a screen shot for the traffic from the control panel.

I use AMR, scrapebox, and some other blog network submissions to fill the orders, then I use fiverr to create a link wheel. The site was created to use AMR then blast blog comments at the article links. You can either fill any orders you get yourself or you can use Fiverr to fill the orders.

The site comes with I believe 17 articles for spinning and submission to help you with seo. They are not plr articles but articles that were created for this site. I have used them to build backlinks, but only for this site.

I will also forward you a bunch of emails that you can use for an autoresponder. You need to add an optin link to the site to build a list. You will also get a pdf file that talks about the site and backlink building for customers to download. Right now its up on the site available without opting in.

This site is not a wordpress site and I dont know much about site building and editing so I've always paid someone to make any changes to it.

The site has made approx:
$180.00 for February
$200 in January

Before that here are the stats:
July: 78.90
august: 159.80
Sept: 0
Oct: 156.90

There was a downtime for a couple of months. The site was up and running but not taking orders.

I started a massive seo campaign and its been seeing traffic ever since.

Im sure the site could be revamped and would be a great list builder and money maker with its good rankings. With some more pushing it could see top 3 rankings pretty easily, as I've done most of the work getting it where its at.

The price for this site is $500.00 which I think is pretty fair.

Just to clarify, I'm not including scrapebox, amr, etc. If you want to fill the orders yourself then you would need to get the software, but its pretty easy and much less work to just fill them via fiverr

This is a pr2 site. It was a pr3 but my lack of backlinking and effort let it fall to a pr2 during the recent Google update.

I havent done much with this site at all. The only monitization is Amazon and its made me $18.00 in the past 3 or 4 months. The site would be easy to rank higher for with the given terms could be monitized much better.

Has anyone ever heard of Hub Spot and have any comments on it? I have asked on another thread but haven't gotten a response yet? If so please let me know asap. I met a guy last night who is wanting to switch his site from word press to hub spot. His page rank has dropped from page 1 to page 3 after google had their update. Maybe he might be willing for me to get his page back to where it needs to be and maybe if someone on here helps I can throw them a cut of the bone??
