The ads are on a month to month basis, have had them for more than a year now. Have not tried to add anymore, lots of room here to monetize the site/ sites.

Yes, the site learn2earn2 is very solid on the ranking, it is goldmine for someone who know how to market the site and bring it to the next level.

I don't see any price in the post, but I based on the keywords ranking I found in semrush.com, I think at least it worth $xxxxx, since it is very hard to get those keyword ranking for a new site.
