I have a few personal domains & 2 websites I'm looking to get rid of. I don't have the time to maintain them, market or develop on.

CarolinaProList - Sold.

1. Carolina Pro List | North Carolina Professional Business Directory - business directory (Directory Press)

Site needs to be updated, marketed, and whatever else. It's up and running at this time, and has an advertising plugin installed to allow users sign up, pay and upload banner advertisements.

Site is a little slow, hasn't been optimized. I can get in contact with Mark from Premium Press to see about getting access to their forums.

2. Deck builders in Raleigh North Carolina & Surrounding areasDeck Builders in Raleigh | find deck builders in Raleigh - Basic keyword site on Wordpress, also has the same plugin to allow users to upload & pay for advertisements. Site shows up first page of google when searching "deck builders in raleigh".

3. outdoorupgrades.com - Domain only

4. sunroomsnorthcarolina.com - Domain only

5. decknation.com - Domain only

6. localdeckcompany.com - Domain only

7. mydeckfinder.com - Domain only

8. yourdecksource.com - Domain only

I'm not a marketing pro, but I do know, that given the nature of the residential construction business (which I have been in, in the past), these sites could make a ton of recurring income. There are a lot of small, "Joe blow" builders out there that cannot afford hundreds of dollars a month in advertising, 30 bucks they can. With running a web hosting company, I don't have the time to dedicate to these.

I'm looking for $150 or best offer for everything, as a package. The domains don't expire until 2013, so the buyer may keep the domains with us until they're closer to the expiration to save a few bucks.

Includes: Domains, sites, plugins & hosting

Hosting: I will include a free reseller account (5GB) to allow the buyer to keep the sites hosted until the domains are set to expire. When they expire, you can either keep them hosted with us (upgrade) or move them to another host. This "free" reseller account will be limited to only the domains in this package.

The sites may show down at some periods over the next few days since we are beginning a major server migration. Any questions, feel free to ask, send a pm or email me directly.

Currently they aren't making anything. Two of them are functioning sites & the rest are just domains. My numbers could be off, which are probably a little high.

The plugin was made by Gama Seva, a user here on the forum. The name of the plugin is Wordpress Ads Manager.
