Selling Off Websites And Domains, All Get Traffic, Some Have PR, Income

I am selling off some of my portfolio of websitesand domain names. All the sites get traffic, some have PR, and some make income. I am selling because I need the extra cash and need to streamline my portfolio.

A lot of these sites get decent targeted traffic without Google, which I perceive as a good thing because Google is so fickle these days. I have been experimenting with using the digi link doctor plugin to preserve the existing link structure of expired domain names. Results have been pretty good. I will upgrade to the developer's license for the plugin so that it can be included in the sale.

I bought this as an expired domain in March 2012 and set up a WP site with some Ezine Articles republished and used digi link doctor to preserve the previous site's link structure. I bought this intending to sell it on Flippa but got sidetracked with other projects. I will update my digi link doctor license to allow transfer of plugin with the site.

The site has received 200-400 unique visitors each full month since I set it up in March. Awstats available on request. One could add CPA offers, adsense etc to monetize the site.

The site gets between 900-1500 unique visits, mostly from incoming links. Most of the traffic comes from links on foreign speaking sites, but the majority of the traffic is in the US. Awstats available on request. Some Android phone CPA offers could possibly convert on this site. I will update my digi link doctor license to allow transfer of plugin with the site.

The domain name is extremely brandable, as the Godaddy appraisal seems to indicate.

Gets 200-400 uniques a month, including lots of direct address traffic. Site has made $3.90 on eBay Partner Network over the last 3 months. CPA offers targeting iPads might convert as well. Someone with more time and experience could probably get this site to convert at a higher rate and earn more. Awstats available on request.

This was an experiment with starting a Pligg site that got out of hand. I put this site up and forgot about it, and do follow link seekers ran amok. It gets between 10000-15000 unique visitors a month, and has between 1000-1200 uniques a day.

One unique way that I think that this site could be made profitable is to use it to build an opt in list for people interested in link building. That is why all of these visitors have come to this site, because Pligg is well known as a way to get do follow links back to your website. A pop up opt in capturing an email could give you a targeted list to market link building products to. A wordpress template with adsense or other offers may work as well, but I think the opt in idea may be hidden gold. Not enough to retire on but if you opt in at 1% and convert at 1% for a Clickbank link building product that pays $20 you should make your $60 back quickly and be into profit quickly.

Anyway $60 for 10-15K uniques a month is less than a penny a visitor the first month, and free traffic thereafter for the cost of an annual domain renewal and hosting. Awstats available on request.

I built this site a couple of years ago and made great money with it for awhile, was one of my first sites to fall out of Google, I think because I had another of my sites linked to it. Still gets around 200 uniques a month, and made around 3 dollars the last 3 months on eBay Partner network.

Collecting Indian Head Pennies

Another site that fell out of Google but still gets 300-400 uniques a month, could be built out to be a full site with info on all 50 years of indian pennies. Has earned $25 on eBay Partner network year to date. Lots of potential, just needs a new owner with different perspective.

I feel like I have priced these sites fairly, and someone with a fresh perspective and better monetization skills should be able to take them to the next level.

Many of the sites sold in this section are cookie cutter, have no existing traffic, and require more effort and money to drive traffic. All of my sites are getting traffic already so you can focus on getting the existing traffic to convert.

Regarding your epn website, do you still have significant trafic on them.
It seems that penguin destroyed this kind of websites.

The EPN sites I have have still earn money, but I have changed direction and do not have the time or inclination to manage them. I can work a package deal for them if you are interested.
