Am I missing something? the domain has no rank or anything, it's just a blank template with nothing on it.

The buyer will need to execute his/her own creative elements. The value here is in the domain. The domain receives over 627, 000 natural search hits a month. That's huge given the site is not even running. With just a little SEO work this site will be ranking in no time. What's better than 627,000 free monthly traffic hits?

I don't mean to trash on your thread, I have looked at the domain SEO value, based on searches and what not but there is 0. I'm trying to work out how/why you would value this so high that's all?

I understand completely. It does seem high, but in the crazy world of SEO and with google constantly changing search algorithms, 600,000 natural searches a month is fantastic. Anyone trying to break into starting their own social network would be foolish to pass on this domain. With just a little SEO work plus 600,000 organic searches, the domain is worth every dime. Incredible isn't it?

Well that was embarrassing, I actually completely misread the keyword. Yes, I can see the amount of searches the keyword has now. By the way, that actually gets 67300 natural searches.

I just checked via the Long tail pro keyword tool for you, so for "exact" you hit = 67300 exact monthly searches.

I don't want to be rude but this domain is worth maximum $20. Isle of Man (.im) extensions are pretty much worthless.

No problem, however in the world of SEO, opinions don't mean much. It's the proof that counts. To serious buyers we can validate the SEO value of the domain. As for the $20 you quote, I actually agree, any silly calculator will tell you that. Please understand the calculator doesn't take into account the SEO value. With the way google changes every week, how could it?
