I have 2 websites for sale, both are long time established websites. First website This one is in the make money online niche. This is an established website that is several years old. I've owned it for a year and it is profitable. I did over $400 in clickbank sales last year and haven't updated it since a month after I bought it. I don't have time to work on it and it no longer interests me due to other projects. The traffic has been falling off due to having nothing done to it in a year but it still gets sales and with a little input you could make this really good. It has an established exact match domain. The sale and transfer of everything will be easy and painless but to be honest I'm not going to provide after sale support, I don't have time to spend on the site or i'd just keep it and spend a little time on it myself. Second Website This one has no direct sales but I've made a few sales from affiliate ads. This is a men's interest bikini / photo site that will be a fun project for the right person. It still gets over 3k visitors per month even though it hasn't been updated in quite a while. it's over a year old and established with steady traffic that will take off if you go back to posting. The site is set up for very easy, fast posting. A lot of work was done on the graphics and layout and this has a lot of potential for someone interested in the niche.
