Selling This Weight Loss Site & Would Like to Make this Long Term Business if Possible

I don't know why the text isn't showing in my original post. Here it is:

I'm a good American writer, I can find medium to low competition keywords, and I know how to make attractive blogs, however, I just am not a sales person, (not yet anyway). I am taking copywriting courses, but being skilled at that is still a little ways off for me since I just got started.

Google Adwords was really confusing for me and every time I tried to start a campaign, it kept saying I didn't have billing information on file when I did have it on file. I looked at Bing and just said forget it after all the trouble with Adwords. I really just don't want to worry about it.

I used to know SEO before penguin and panda and now I understand it, however, it's expensive and time consuming. It costs the same just to buy ads at this point. You either spend weeks writing good, useful content yourself or hire someone else to do it. Then you spend weeks backlinking it or buying quality backlinks. Either way, I just don't want to deal with the marketing end of this stuff anymore.

I'd love to just build blogs and resell them to people with a knack for marketing them, so I'm wondering if this is a realistic option and if there's a market for what I can do already and how much something like this might sell for.

Right now, the blog has a bunch of banners leading to an affiliate offer, but I could, of course change this so it is of use to the buyer that wants it. It's on a subdomain still because I was planning to buy ads, so I didn't really need a domain. This blog comes with the advertisement banners I made and a keyword research file.

I started out planning to do SEO, but then decided to buy ads and then said forget it. Make me an offer and like I said, I can build one of these every couple of weeks, so if someone wants someone that will do that, I'm interested in long term offers as well for this as regular income while I build my jewelry business. No sales, but I haven't advertised it either. I just got flustered with that end of things and said forget it. I don't have the experience for it.

I'm mostly offering design and content writing services in a way. As far as the marketing, that would be completely on the buyer's end. However, I am interested in working with buyers that want multiple sites as well, but only the design and content creation.
