I would like to buy the home improvement blog after I buy it I can change any part of the blog as I like. Also I can add new articles change the logo, colors do as I like and host it on my own host.

You can change any part of the blog you would like. You can host it on any web hosting account that you would like as well.

[Fail]Is writable:
Check with your hosting provider to validate how the PHP process can have write access to the folder where the installer is located. There will be different rules for each hosting provider so you will need to validate with your provider.

Basically, check the permission settings for the folder you are installing the site in.

Hi Mark.. I am the hosting provider and i have never had an issue installing a script on my server..

In any event I got it done the long way.. Manually

Elbow grease, unique articles/postings, SEO, niche marketing, affiliate links, Google ads, etc..etc..

Hi,

That is correct, you just need a domain and web hosting to get the blog up and running. You make money by placing various ads (amazon, ebay) as well as google adsense on the site . Most of the blogs I sell come with an ebook that you can sell and make money with.
