Do you have a sample site?

Here's a link to a sample: Weight Loss Time | (as this is just a sample site it doesn't have 50 articles on it - yours of course will). Your site may look like this or it may look very different, it depends on the niche you choose. I have developer licenses for a number of the top premium themes so you'll have plenty of different 'looks' you can choose from.

Can you add Adsense to my site?

We can, but we usually stick with affiliate offers (Clickbank, Amazon, Shareasale, CJ etc) for monetization as it is much easier and quicker to make money with affiliate marketing. However if Adsense is your chosen model we can find a high converting Adsense theme for you and work with that.

Do I need my own hosting?

Yes - if you don't already have hosting that's okay, I can help you choose a
hosting company to get started.

What about the domain name?

We will choose a domain name for your site and you can register it using your preferred domain registrar (we usually use Namecheap or Godaddy). It shouldn't cost you any more than $10.

How much can a site like this earn?

It is impossible to predict exactly how much your site will make, however with the high quality we provide I estimate it should make $1500-$3000 per month (on the conservative side). This amount is easily achievable with an authority site. Of course if you keep adding content to the site over the long term it could make much, much more.

Can I choose my own niche?

Yes of course - if you have something in mind we can definitely work with your ideas. You can have as much or as little input as you like in deciding on the niche.

I already have a small niche site but would like to add more content and build it into an authority site - can you do this for me?

We can certainly try. Just send me a quick pm with the details before ordering and I'll advise you on what we can do with your site.

When will my site be delivered?

We will start on your site immediately after ordering so you should see it up and running within the first week. Obviously it is not a good idea to add all the content at once though so this will be drip fed over 60 days. At the end of the 60 days your site will be completely finished and you can take over from there.

What kind of support are you offering?

I am offering 90 days of email support so you can get in contact with me any time (you will have access to my private email address). I'm also currently working on an ebook that will detail my strategy for increasing traffic and building the site into a full time income - I will be releasing it as a WSO but anyone who orders a site from me will get a free copy.

Are there discounts if I buy multiple sites?
Not for the first 5 orders as these are already 50% off, however once these are sold and the pricing goes back up to $999 please get in contact and we can discuss a discount.

I am interested in ordering one site for 499 $. Please inform whether the work can be done by finding easy to rank and highly profitable keywords for adsense as we are not interested in any other affiliate programs. Also please inform whether the site can earn at least 50 $ from the first month without link building.
