I've decided to put up for sale my prized Senvira.com operation. This high end anti-virus software site features a highly rated Freemium virus protection product and a professionally designed, beautiful website as you can see in the screen shot below.

I created Senvira in December of 2012 as a software application to compete with such high volume free antivirus products as Avast and AVG which our downloaded from Download.com over a million times a week each. As you can see in the graphic below - that's huge money.


My intent was to develop a user friendly free antivirus product that offered a subscription upgrade to a Premium version that offered advanced protection. I called this in the design of the business model SENVIRA PLATINUM - which would retail at $6.95 per month.

The Software
Senvira is a white label application built on a widely recognized antivirus software produced out of the UK. It has been tested thoroughly and performs exceptionally. The original licensing fee for Senvira was $3500 plus the cost of the Security Certificate and the Incorporation of the Company.

Licensing Agreement
The developer provides all updates at no charge and provides the download of Senvira Free at No Charge. Any Premium licensing is charged back to me at $4 per year for the premium version - making the profit margin huge very healthy.

Why I am Selling this Site...
The fact is - I plain ran out of money in 2013 and Senvira sat dormant for much of the year. I borrowed 13k from friends / family to build this site as a way to get back on track but didn't have the cash to kick start it. I love the site design ( I am developer ) and the name is a combination of the words Sentry and Virus.

I have sold sites on Flippa before but between tire kickers and fees, I thought I would try it here first as I have had very good success with other postings in this category.

It gets about 500 visitors a month from various sources and I just don't have the time now or the focus to concentrate on the promotion of this site. For those of you that follow me on WF - you likely have seen my threads for Niche Site Development - a business that is going very well for me and takes 110% of my time on a daily basis. These two sites are strong assets that with the right ownership can do very well.

What the Sale Includes
I will include the entire project including the Domain, the website, the software, my licensing agreement and the security certificate. The company is incorporated in the province of Alberta, in Canada, and I am not sure if it makes sense to include that to a Non Canadian buyer - but I can be if needed. The security certificate is associated with the LTD company so there may be a fee involved in transferring this over etc. It will also include the Twitter Account ( no followers ) and the Facebook Page at
