For over 11 years I have been building ecommerce websites for those who either do not have the know-how to build it for themselves or who simply do not want to.

The great thing about my business model is that instead of charging my customers a recurring monthly fee, I have simply been charging them a one off fee and then a recurring yearly fee of £29 in order to host their website. I then offer a "Done for you" service where I design build set up and host their ecommerce website for them.

The great thing about this business is that even if you don't know a single thing about Ecommerce website design, you can still run this and outsource the work cheaply! I will show you how.

I have also successfully sold Ecommerce packages via eBay - and you can continue to do so. You will own the professional ebay listing design I created. The ebay listing also shows the website name and many customers then go ahead and Google us and find us that way.

The complete business story

Ecommerce Shopping Cart Solutions actually started life many years ago (around 2003) as just a .com version and business was really booming. I enjoyed multiple sales of the then priced £267 and £367 and often even more because I would give custom quotes if a customer had unusual requirements......

Then a few years later, due to an oversight on my part (in regards to extending domain registration), I ended up losing the .com domain for a period of time and I had no choice but to set up on the .co.uk version. I have now of course re-gained ownership of the .com after doing a deal with the then owner.

As you can imagine the devastation of losing such a great business which was bringing in multiple sales of (the then priced) £267 & £367 ecommerce packages per week; to be honest this lead to a period of depression & neglect of the business for me as I was annoyed at my sheer stupidity for not forking out a measly $10 ( for domain registration) when I should have.

After trying unsuccessfully to backorder the .com I was eventually able to reach a deal with the then owner an which meant I was able to get back my beloved .com................

............ Anyway I am boring you now so to cut a long story short, I am now the owner of the Highly valuable .com, .Net and the .co.uk versions of this domain.

The .com and .Net have websites on them as I have spent time building great looking websites. The .co.uk re-directs to the .com.

I am selling everything together.

The value of the domain

Most people when looking for this type of product / service Google: "Ecommerce shopping cart", or "Ecommerce shopping cart solutions", which of course is exactly the keywords of my domain.

Before the loss explained above my site was ranking position 1 or 2 of Page 1 for this and similar terms in Google - which meant that much of my traffic was free!

Now after the re-design I see my site already climbing up the rankings. I don't think it would be hard at all to rank for this.

Ecommerce shopping cart solutions basically does exactly what it says on the tin. Via the website I sell the service to set up an ecommerce shopping cart website for anyone wanting to sell their products / items online. Customers who do not know how to do this themselves will happily pay for someone else to do this for them.
