I just can't understand the idea of getting a pre-made blog. Please explain how it works.

This is a premade blog template. Articles are not unique. Just by rewriting the content, or hiring someone to do it, into unique articles, you'll immediately turn this into unique content in Google's eyes. That's how most smart marketers turn a pre-made blog template into a unique blog. This provides a way you can quickly market into new niches with minimal investment.

Let me explain:

This package does not come with resell rights. You can't resell this package as is - blog + everything else that comes with the package. Also, you can't sell the blog as long as the graphics are there (excluding banner ads, as most of the ads are provided by the merchants).

The reason we do this is because someone reselling blog templates would defeat the purpose of us only selling them a finite number of times. This is how we protect our customers so that you don’t compete with too many "identical" blogs in your niche.

However, you can sell the blog if you sell it without the graphics (replace the header graphics, images on all posts). You can still use the same WordPress theme or replace it with a new theme. It doesn't matter.
