Hello all. I'm on here this morning just doing a little research on ppc advertising.

I would like to share some of my experience and how I feel it can help new people trying to understand how to drive targeted traffic with just a couple of hours to your websites.

When advertising most people will just get a bunch of keyword of all different aspects of their niche and through everything into just one adgroup. This is the improper way to do it!

What you want to do is take all your keywords that you have compiled up and you want to start to organize these keywords into adgroups.

For example:

suppose you are working in the dog training market. so what you want to do is take all the kewords related to "stop my dog from barking" and put them in their own adgroup. So you may have a few additional keywords such as "stop dog barking" "keep my dog from barking"

You may have another adgroup with keyword related to "puppy housebreaking"

By breaking your keywords down into adgroups then you create your ads written around that particular keyword what that does is really increases your conversion rates and in return the networks will reward you with cheaper clicks.

You should shoot for at least a 2% or better yet 5% conversion rate on your campaigns.

I used to run like 0.021 and very low like that and was wondering why I was not making any returns on my money.

I just had somebody type "clickbank affiliate" into the search bar, see my ad, clicked my ad and signed up to my list and purchased my recommended affiliate product for $197 giving me over $88. It cost me 23 cents for that conversion!
