Adwords - What is acceptable giveaway when collecting emails

OK, I have a website about a health condition and want to start collecting emails using Adwords and I need a giveaway - some sort of freebie, a report or a guide...

I know that Google is extra sensitive about health stuff so before I come up with that freebie I would like to pick your guy's brains on what's acceptable there.

I am not an MD so before I even made the ads I want to make sure what's OK there. For example, if the website is about eczema what would be OK as a freebie:

*natural remedies for eczema
*all you should know about eczema
*FAQs about eczema
*studies on eczema
*....

I hope I was clear enough in my question.

Thanks in advance

    Hi Eoon,

Before you ask what to give away as a freebie, health or otherwise, I believe Google Adwords has a problem with ads leading to squeeze pages in the first place. You might want to check their tos beforehand.

On the other hand...if you have a blog with an optin-form on it, make sure you add value and that your freebie is relevant to the topic of your blog. Make sure your blog has good original content, it has to be unique. Have all legal pages, privacy policy, disclaimer etc. Your ads must be relevant to your landing page so I would say if you want to offer a report on "natural remedies for eczema" then your blog page must be about the same topic with that keyword in the title and in your ad.

      Hope that helps
