Dears,

I have started promoting a game using facebook Cpa offer, the problem is no clicks at all i decided to find out a good traffic source, i read many reviews about 7 search , in warriors forum there is no single good opinion about 7search, what about the others in just one word write down the best traffic source you ever tried with the gaming offers. i started to gave up but i am still able to invest 100$ in testing is that enough ?

One more thing why 7 search has some keywords 0.01 this is very cheap , and at the same time the minimum click with Adknowledge is 0.25 !!!!!!! I am totally confused which one to chose which one to test

I can't speak about the gaming offers in particular, but from my experience Adwords and Bing are the best to start with in almost every niche, then come FB etc. Also, do you have your own squeeze page? In my opinion it is the best in order to optimise conventions. There is no room for giving up, but make sure you choose the right niche and don't restrict yourself to the gaming. If you need some help just drop me a quick message.

I have heard that Bidvertiser works well in the gaming niche. I haven't personally tried it.

But I don't think that changing the network will solve your issue. If your CTR was zero at FB, there are fair chances that you will end up with similar results on other networks until and unless you solve the underlying issue.

    Why zero CTR?

    Inspect your ad closely.

PS: Targeting is really easy with FB.

Facebook is actually great for gaming offers. Seriously I think it's one of the best options you have.
Perhaps you should work on your ad copy, optimize it, and then do the same with the installation process.

Also, $100 is not enough. If you want to get some really cheap installs, I highly recommend you are ready to spend a bare minimum of $500.

There is no "best" traffic source no matter what your definition of best is. You try to get the traffic wherever it may be.

Reasons for Google and Bing is obviously for the high use. Something like 80% of people and maybe more use either or both those search engines. That does not make them best, just the most popular and obviously you want to use them for that reason.

If there is a search engine specializing in gaming, you would want to use it. If your prospects tend to use 7search a lot, then by all means use it. Cost per click should not be a factor.

Other avenues are sites displaying ads which could be Adwords ads (Adsense). This includes Facebook with its own system. Are your prospects using FB? Then advertise there. Is there a gaming site displaying Adwords where you'd like to advertise? Maybe a highly popular site displays ads from another network. By all means, join that ad network.

These are all advertising tools at your disposal. But like all tools, there's good and bad ways to use them. It's not just a matter of having an ad and hoping people will click it. You need to engage your audience. You need to target the right audience first. Advertising games to gardeners will not likely produce good results.

You left out a very important fact. You have no clicks but how many impressions? No clicks in 100 impressions on a display network like FB is no cause for concern, assuming proper audience targeting. None in 10k would be and may be because of poor targeting, poor engagement or simply no interest. A more telling number would be conversions to clicks which points to your landing page, not your advertising.

  • As Goodfuture said, that changing the network will not solve your issue. If your CTR was zero at FB, there are fair chances that you will end up with similar results on other networks until and unless you solve the underlying issue.

It that case proper keyword search is needed, find competitive keyword and analyze your competitors' advertisements. Increase CPC of your ad, it may also help to you.

    Hope it can help you!
    Cheers!!
