Bing Ads Search Engine Ads vs. Bing Ads Content Network Ads -- Quality Difference?

I just set up my first ad, and have $200 for now to spend on ads. I spent over 20 hours on optimizing my landing page, and wanted to ensure the money I spend brings the best possible ROI.

Is Bing Ads' content network any good? For my ads I have it enabled, but I'm not sure if it has the same quality as their search engine ads.

    A content network aways has poorer quality. It can be done, but is requires lots of work and expertise.

    I would recommend you to start with the search network, and expand later with the content network.
