Companies specializing in getting you UNBANNED from Adwords: Do they work?

Just found out recently that my site has been "permanently banned" from Adwords. Our site is huge and very reputable. I feel like if I can just talk to someone higher up in Adwords I can reverse the decision. But so far I've been stonewalled by Adwords customer service. They keep telling me they don't know what I did wrong exactly and that my site is permanently banned.

Are there reputable companies out there that can help you work with Google to get your site unbanned? I've seen two sites advertise themselves as "unbanning experts:

My questions:
  • Has anyone here worked with these firms before? (Or have recommendations for another firm?)
  • How exactly can firms like these help me? Do they have special relationships with Google?

    Hi

    my site got banned by google and paid PPC Renegade $200 to try and get it back but unfortunatly they couldn't. The good thing was my other google accounts never got banned so i was up and running quite quickly.

    AS i needed to protect my other accounts i use PPCrenegade Guardian Angels ' service to protect my account from google and so far so good im still up and running. It costs $500 per month.

    Its really an insurance policy.

    They are good and give you good advice.

    In future always have a few google accounts live even without running any campaigns then at least you might have a chance of only 1 account being suspended.

    They can help depending on what kind of infraction you committed or the kind of site you have. They don't allow advertisement of tobacco, including e-cigarettes. If you have that kind of site, there's nothing anyone can do. If you tried to scam by opening multiple accounts, there's little chance they can help. Policy violations are normally easy to fix, as long as you are willing to listen and make the proposed changes. I recently had a client wanting to advertise on Adwords but refused to make one simple change that would have allowed him to do so.

    I don't know anything about those companies, but I had a site get banned. It was hell for a few days. A guy from the Google forums helped me. Frustrating as hell, because Google won't give you any information. They make you guess why your site got banned. You need someone who can contact a live person inside Google. A bot banned me, and kept denying my application for reinstatement, and then finally when a live person looked at it, they instantly cleared it.

    I can vouch for PPC Renegade too. They helped me get back my account when it was banned from Google a couple of years ago and I've been working with them ever since. They are very competent guys and have some very good connections at Google. You have to contact them directly to see if they can help you in your particular case.
