Simple amazon questions

Hi!
I am a new amazon affiliates and I would like to know a few things:

1) Can I bid on broad keywords (they might turn out to contain amazon)? Maybe I should put amazon in negative keywords?
2) On Facebook can I target people interest in amazon.com?
3) Can my ad title or text contain amazon?

      If your talking about PPC with amazon links I dont think thats allowed.

    I tried bidding on keywords that included kindle and amazon. Google said no. They are very picky this year. Like we do wonder what is coming. Always they make things more difficult for us. Try using blog ads as they are not as super strict as the big search engines.

    Thanks for suggesting blog ads, I will take a look.

    To be more specific, I am asking if it's against amazon's TOS to do the 3 things I am describing. I am not talking about a direct link to amazon. I am linking to my website.

    Does anyone have an answer to the 3 questions please? I tried contacting Amazon but the reply was very genetic.
