I want to know that is there any way to earn $ if visitor of mine open just my referral link.

For exam I opened a account and got www.domain.com/ref=pin9211 now I will post this to my fb account or in link exchange or visitor exchange site and earn cash.Please let me know.

    You have to post the referral link where people are interested to buy from you.

    You need to ask the following questions yourself.
    -Why people needs to buy from you
    -Are people desperate for what you are selling?
    -Are you providing value for what you are selling?

    Making money offline or online is the same.
