How do you add names of Facebook pages to the interests section on Facebook PPC?

Looked at a video that talked about using a software called Targeting Mills to look for Facebook page names related to your keywords and add those to the interests section on the Facebook ad platform, do you know of any other software that can help do this? The trouble I'm having is determining the best way to get those niche related people that already belong to a FB page to look at those ads or how to determine the demographics of the people to advertise. Adding the names of the FB pages one by one would really take a long time.
