I spent $150 and we have been given back $97 in Manual Retroactive Credit Backs the past 30 days. I don't understand what this is?

I've read about it and I've chatted with them and they don't say much. I've contacted support about it but haven't heard back.

What do you think WF?

    In a nutshell it is basically 7search saying they gave you crap traffic, without saying we gave you crap traffic.

    Thats why you wont hear from them although kudos to them for paying you back. However getting back $97 from a $150 spend seems a little high.

    Has it been $150 in last month? Normally they do a check of the last 30 days on all accounts and add back what they deem to be crap quality clicks

      7Search is a BS traffic source. Stick with Yahoo, Google & FB. It's hard to know what PPC platforms you can trust for real visitors. The big 3 always produce real traffic. Would you rather pay $1 for a real visitor, or $5.00 for 500 fake visitors?
