Is There Adwords Conversion Tracking for Affiliates?

I found this article explaining the way to do it. In short you make the Sub Id contain just gclid. It appears to work for Amazon but will it work for Clickbank? Here is the article

    if you work with several affiliate programs you should use a third party tracking software which will help you streamline your workflow.

    you can pass information into your clickbank tracking links, and clickbank will allow you to place an image pixel on their platform (granted adwords will provide you with an image pixel).

    having said that Adwords custom parameters and variables (keywords, match etc..) are predefined in trackingdesk and so is clickbank, so using it will help you get things done easily and get a global view of your traffic (instead of logging in in several platforms to see where you're making money or not).
