Help!! My homepage is killing me!

My real estate business specializes in 2 services, loan modifications and short sales. Both these services are free to the consumer and our competitors(attorneys) charge for services. I developed a site with loads of educational content that got no conversions and I know why. I then simplified it to a homepage that has a few free offers and overviews of our services. When I give my card out the website www.NewJerseyHomeRelief.com takes them to this page. I welcome honest critiques.

The problem is now that I'm doing Youtube vids and will be doing PPC very soon I know single landing pages with no menus will convert much better, but do I totally disregard my company homepage or change it to be much more limited. This domain is a major part of our branding because it is our company name, i'd almost hate to dump it, but I'm not seeing any other choice. I've already tried to limit it, but I would assume if people go there they want an about us and contact us page. The other pages would be under newjerseyhomerelief.com/freebook or newjerseyhomerelief.com/freecoaching, but that would probably look horrible on a business card, right? I want to spend the rest of this year driving traffic to the free offers on the site and educating them that our service is free. This homepage is killing me...

Please don't be offended, but the problem is that you page looks really crappy.

Look at it this way: Do you dry clean your own clothes? Most people go to the dry cleaner because they know what they are doing, and have a lot of experience.

It takes years to learn how to sell, and it's best if you get someone that knows design, sales, and marketing. Otherwise your presentation will be terrible. Your website is your presentation and if I found a site like that when looking for someone to help me with what you do, I'd rather find someone that presents themselves better.

    • I'd have to agree with SEOexpertSEO. Your page needs work.

Why not let someone else handle the page for you? Find people who will specialize in web design and online marketing, so you can focus on what you specialize in (which is real estate).

I definitely take no offense to you guys feedback. I'd love to hear some specifics if you're willing to elaborate. I got this website designed at a point where I needed a site and got a VA to design it for $100. At this point now I'm moving into more of an online presence. At this point now I need a site but don't have the resources yet to pay a $1000 or more for a professional site. I can go one of two ways.

    1. I can take this site down totally, change the theme and make the homepage a blog,
    Or
    2. Use leadpages to design the other pages of the site until I can get some professional web design.

Of course I'm open to any other suggestions. Thanks to everyone

You need to put a lead form to the right of the text in the green box and make sure that you optimize it to get more leads per impression/visitor.

I'll try to figure out how to do this. Guys how much would a professional redesign of this site cost me? I know how I want the site laid out. I'm going to have to make that move as soon as possible because I'm putting too much time into this area that is not my specialty at all. Great advice

Home page is not for all this, just create another pages which shows all the services and pages and connect with the home page.

I have leadpages and I was thinking of doing all the pages of my site as lead pages and just connecting them to the home page. So my homepage would be this current wordpress theme and the about me page, services page and contact page would all be leadpages. They would most likely be sales or optin pages. I just wouldn't have a menu on the leadpages because they don't have menus. The only thing they could probably do is click the logo to go back to the homepage. Is that what you're referring to or something similar?

This would of course be short term until I got a professional web redesign.
