Hey Warriors,

I have gone for 2 months of SEO programme for my website with a hope that organic traffic will help in better conversion. However even after 2 months of SEO, I do not find any appreciable surge in the traffic. Opt ins or conversions are also not happening

So now I am confused, whether to continue SEO work further or switch to PPC or any other paid traffic methods.

Please advice.

We can't see any sudden improvement with SEO process. It is a slow ongoing process. Hope your site has no On page issues. Apply a well-defined Off page strategies suitable for your industry. Focus on all sort of promotional marketing with unique content. Sure you can attain good ranking.

If you are ready to invest, then you can move on for PPC. But if you have no idea with PPC, then please hire a PPC team. If the campaign management is not effective, you can't get the traffic as expected. Then this will again be a failure for you.

If you can afford to use PPC it's well worth doing.

Traffic in a few hours rather than 3 -6 months.

There is nothing worse than spending a few months with a site only to find your funnels suck.. with PPC you can find that out in a few hours.

You don't need to spend lots $10-$20 on FB or bing is usually enough to give you a good idea.

        PPC all the way!

Actually SEO is a slow and steady process, if you do things genuinely.
It takes time and you've to keep patience and keep on building quality back-links, I am sure it will worth it.

SEO is a slow process. It's not the kind of work like development. You will run the code and will see the result instantly. In SEO your work is visible after a couple of months. And 2 months is something like very short period of time. Have patience. If you have really worked better, definitely you are going to see the result.

But yes, paid traffic is also better in case you have a lot of money. Because if the landing page is not well optimized, then you are not going to see the result in terms of conversion. Public will simply click wasting your money and you are nowhere left out with an end result.

If you have the budget to invest in ad campaigns, then do it, but don't underestimate SEO, it takes time to see results and all the effort will probably be worth it in the end.

SEO is the slow process, it takes time to reach the specific goal. May be your site has some issue, that you can't resolve properly. Do proper On page optimization after that perform Off page techniques to get backlinks. Hope so it works. I think rather than PPC, I would suggest you to hire an SEO team.

I suggest you to start with PPC as SEO is a process which takes a lot of time for you to see results. With PPC you can do some testing and see fast results. It also has much greater potential in the long term.

Depends on your niche, but usually 2 months is not enough time to expect any organic traffic..If you're doing SEO correct you will see first SERP movement withinh 3-5 months..

PPC all day long. Time is money. Doesn't make financial sense to invest in SEO for 6 months and not even have a gauranteed result. What you need is clicks and visits to make your next marketing decision, Just because SEO is free traffic, the time you spent waiting, doing tweaks here and there, asking on forums etc is costing you money. Its a false economy. PM if you want me to have a look and advise.

    Good luck

If you treasure stability and long term viability, go for ppc.

I totally agree with you. I think that SEO demands too much of time. The delay in getting the results is not justified when there are better options available.
I have already working on PPC model now.
